Watch out for the long title and lotsa photos, hah! But that’s what we did on Sunday. We had our brunch at Kirribilli. The reason is we wanted to check out Anvil Co. Its a 5 minute ride on the ferry from Circular Quay to Kirribilli. The place is at the Kirribilli wharf so when you get off from the ferry, its just right there! You’ll notice an establishment so small that it’s like a rustic sailor’s cabin. The food was tasty. I ordered the Something Sweet (ricotta, crumble, ginger maple syrup and baked rhubarb on sourdough) – delicious!! Bazyl love it too. Chicco was also happy with his menu, the Buttered Arabian Eggs and latte. We’ll definitely return.
Next we spent a lovely of couple hours at the Museum of Contemporary Art. It was Chicco’s idea to visit the museum because there was an exhibition by Chuck Close (one of the America’s best visual artist). And we also enjoyed the museum’s other collections while Little Mister was sleeping.
Later that day we continued by strolling around The Rocks Market, its one of Sydney’s greatest. This is a great weekend destination. I suggest you to come here when you are in Sydney. Then we end up spending the rest of the time at the Harbour bridge and Dawes point.
Pheww!!! And thats about everything. Sorry for the many pictures but I couldn’t be bothered splitting it up into several different post 🙂
