Last Sunday I dropped my sister at the airport and had no plans that day. On my way back I decided to take a moment to get some me-time while I’m in my old hometown where there is still a lot of beautiful natural scenery, before having to pack my bags again to Jakarta and fly away to see my dear other half, Chicco.
As a mama and a wife sometimes I feel overwhelmed and exhausted too. Being outside so close to nature, wether only sitting and relaxing at the top of the hill or just walking in the grass with sunshine on my face and a fresh air waiting for the beautiful sunset to come, those simple moments really makes me feel good. I feel alive and reenergized. I can get back enjoying my life and focus on taking care of my little family. Lot of people said to heal a negative mind in ourself, we need to become one with nature. And i think i’m a little bit more pleasant to be around, too!! 🙂
